Removal the windshield wiper arm

Let the arm return to its original position. Disconnect the battery. Fold cap "1" of the rear windshield wiper upwards and unclip it. Loosen, but do not completely unscrew the fastening nut "arrow". Raise the windshield wiper arm upwards and separate it, shaking it sideways, from the cone. Now completely unscrew the fastening nut "arrow" and remove the windshield wiper arm.

Removal and installation the rear wiper motor - V12 -

Remove the lower trim of the tailgate. Unlock and disconnect the plug connector "3". To unlock, turn the locking clip on the hose fitting "1". Disconnect the hose fitting from the rear window wiper motor "2". Unscrew the mounting nuts "arrows". Carefully remove the rear window wiper motor "2" from the tailgate.



Install in reverse order, taking into account the following: Check that the gasket is installed correctly in the rear window opening





Mark "1" on the gasket should match mark "2" on the rear window. Tighten the threaded connections to the specified tightening torques. Connect the battery.

Adjusting the initial position of the rear wiper blade

The distance "a" between the center of the wiper blade rubber and the lower edge of the glass should be 23 mm. If necessary, adjust the initial position of the rear window wiper blade by moving the wiper arm to one side or the other. Remove the wiper arm. Tighten the threaded connections to the specified tightening torques.

Removal and installation a frameless windshield wiper blade

Instructions: Frameless wipers have very little rigidity. To lift the wiper from the rear window, take them only in the area where the wipers are attached.

Fold back the wiper arm. Slide and remove cap "1" to unlock the connection of the wiper with the arm "arrow".



Remove brush "1" from the "arrow" leash.



Installation is carried out in reverse order.
