Instructions: Before starting work on the headlights, you must turn them off and remove the key from the ignition. If there are any malfunctions, you must know how the lighting equipment works and how to control it.
Fault detection and error indication
The on-board network control system is equipped with a self-diagnosis function, which facilitates troubleshooting in the main headlights. To troubleshoot, use the tester -VAS 5051A- in the "Guided troubleshooting" mode.
- 1 - Cap
- 2 - Cap
- 3 - Lamp socket with handle, for left high beam lamp "M30" or right high beam lamp "M32"
- 4-Left high beam headlight bulb "M30" or right high beam headlight bulb "M32". Bulb H7U 12 V, 55 W, replace
- 5 - Lamp holder with handle, for left front turn signal lamp "M5" or right front turn signal lamp "M7"
- 6-For left front turn signal lamp "M5" or right front turn signal lamp "M7". Bulb 12V, 21W, replace
- 7 - Left parking light bulb "M1" or right parking light bulb "M3" Bulb 12 V, 5 W, replace
- 8 - Lamp holder with handle, for left parking light lamp "M1" or right parking light lamp "M3"
- 9 - Headlight
- 10 - Bolt for fastening headlight to body, 8 Nm
- 11 - Bolts for fastening the bracket to the body, 8 Nm, observe the tightening sequence
- 12 - Bracket
- 13 - Left low beam headlight bulb "M29" or right low beam headlight bulb "M31". Bulb H7 12 V, 55 W, replace
- 14 - Lamp holder with handle, for left low beam headlight lamp "M29" or right low beam headlight lamp "M31"
