Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
Remove the generator.
Disconnect the hoses from the water pump.
Loosen the pump mounting bolts.
Remove the pump.
Remove the sealing cuff, which cannot be reused.
Thoroughly clean the surfaces to which the cuff adheres.
Install a new sealing cuff.
Install the water pump on the cylinder block.
Tighten the pump mounting bolts.
Connect the hoses to the water pump.
Install the generator.
Connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
Fill the system with coolant.
Intake manifold and exhaust manifold:
A - EP engine;
B - YN and WV engines;
B - YP engine;
G - DS and OT engines.
1 - inlet manifold;
2, 5 - gaskets;
3 — intake manifold heater;
4 — flange;
6 — exhaust manifold.
