To ensure a good view, the wipers must be in good condition. To avoid streaks on the glass, it is necessary to regularly clean the wipers in a cleaning solution. If the wipers are very dirty (for example, if there are a lot of insects on them), wipe them thoroughly with a sponge or soft brush.
Replace brushes once or twice a year.
Note: The hot paraffin wax used in car washes reduces the cleaning ability of the windshield.
To avoid damaging the brushes, do not use gasoline, kerosene, paint thinner or other solvents to clean areas of the vehicle near the brushes.

To avoid damaging the wiper blades or other components, do not attempt to move the wiper blades by hand.
Removal brushes
- Raise the wiper blade and position the blade horizontally.
- Press the retaining spring (A) and remove the blade by pulling it towards the windshield (B).
Installing new brushes
- The retaining spring on the wiper blade should snap into place.
When installing wiper blades with wind brushes, be sure to ensure that the brushes are facing downwards.
