If the glass cleaning sector is poorly wiped, the rubber bands of the windshield wipers must be replaced. Stores offer both windshield wiper blades in a set (rubber band with holder), and separately rubber bands. If only the rubber band is replaced, care must be taken to ensure that the holder does not bend.
Note: If the windshield wiper blades rattle, it is usually not enough to replace the blades or rubber bands. In any case, it is necessary to check and, if necessary, adjust the angle of the windshield wiper arms.
Removal
Fold the windshield wiper arm upward and place the windshield wiper blade horizontally.
Press the spring clip "A" down and move the wiper blade down from the lever hook "B".
Move the windshield wiper blade upward and remove it from the windshield wiper arm hook.
From the fixed side of the rubber band, squeeze both steel tires with pliers, remove them from the upper clamp from the side, and pull the rubber band together with the tire out of the remaining clamps of the windshield wiper arm.
Installation
Place the new rubber strip without the retaining bar loosely into one of the wiper blade clamps.
Place both tires on the rubber band so that the grooves of the tires face the rubber band and are fixed in the protrusions of the band.
Press both tires and the rubber band together with pliers and insert them into the other clamp so that the clamp's projections are fixed on both sides in the retaining grooves of the rubber band (arrow).

Place the brush on the wiper arm and secure the spring clip to the wiper arm hook.
Fold the wiper arm back onto the windshield. Make sure that the rubber band of the wiper blade is in contact with the glass along its entire length.
