Windshield
Removal
Open the engine hood.
Remove the fluid supply hose from the injector.
Press the nozzle protrusion in the direction of the arrow and remove the nozzle with an upward movement.
Installation
Insert the nozzle from above and slide it back until it locks into place.
Place the fluid supply hose onto the nozzle.
Adjustment
Dimensions for adjusting the nozzle jet: a = 400 mm, b = 270 mm, c = 520 mm, d = 640 mm, e = 430 mm, f = 400 mm.
The nozzle can be cleaned with compressed air.
Rear window: set the nozzle stream to the center of the window field.
The directions of the injector jets can be adjusted if necessary using a 0.8 mm pin. Never use a needle. A specialized workshop uses a special tool VW-3125 for this purpose.

The specialized workshop uses a special tool VW-301 9A to adjust the jets. The dimensions for the right headlight are mirrored in relation to the dimensions for the left headlight.
