Dismantling
Remove the camshaft and pushrods, see "Dismantling and installation of the camshaft".
Set the piston of each cylinder to top dead center. To do this, turn the cardan shaft by turning the belt pulley with a socket wrench until the cam pair of the cylinder being repaired points upwards.
(25-449) pull out the springs using a special tool, while the valves will lie on the bottom.
Remove the seal using the special tool, see "Dismantling and installation of valves".
Installation
Each time the seal must be installed using the plastic sleeve A. The sleeves are supplied with the seals.
(15-072) push sleeve A onto the stem. Seal B Lubricate, insert into the special tool and guide carefully into the guide.
Install the valve springs and key. Then set the next cylinder to top dead center and insert a new seal.
