Before drawing conclusions about the engine condition based on the table, you need to make sure that certain conditions are met and that no maintenance error has been made; there is fuel in the tank; the starter turns normally (number of revolutions not less than 1500 per minute).

This table is designed for cases when the engine starts poorly or does not start at all.
