Installation
Crank with wiper rods
1. When installing a new wiper motor, install it in its original position. To do this, connect a multi-pin electrical connector to the wiper motor and connect the ground wire to the battery. Turn on and off the wiper mode, while the wiper motor will be set to its original position. Remove the ground wire from the battery and disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor.
2. Install the electric motor on the wiper mechanism and secure with bolts, tightening them with a torque of 10 Nm.
3. Install the crank on the motor shaft in such a position that it is in line with the wiper rods (see fig. Crank with wiper rods). Tighten the crank nut to 20 Nm.
4. Attach the windshield wiper arms to the crank.
5. Insert the windshield wiper mechanism into the vehicle and secure with bolts.
6. Install the electronic unit in place and secure it with a nut and bolt.
7. Place the cover on the electronic unit and fasten it with screws.
8. Install the air intake grille.
9. Install the wiper arms and secure them with nuts, tightening them to a torque of 15 Nm.
10. Connect ground wire to battery.
