Central locking system (pic. 8-29), which is included in the serial equipment of the car, includes pneumatic actuators located in the doors, the luggage compartment lid and the fuel tank filler cap. The operation of the pneumatic drive is provided by a pressure-vacuum pneumatic pump with a built-in control relay. Lock switches are located on the front doors only. All blocking drives, with the exception of the fuel tank cap flap drive, have electromagnetic safety devices. locking door locks 12 s after the lock is turned on. On vehicles with a body «sedan» the pump of the locking system is located in the luggage compartment, and on vehicles with a body «station wagon» - under the instrument panel in a soundproof housing. The duration of the pump cycle is 3-7 s. The pump automatically turns off after 30 seconds of operation if there is an air leak in the system.
