Driver's door overview (VW Tiguan 1)

Overview of controls on the driver's door (left hand drive car). In a right-hand drive car, the arrangement is mirrored.

• 1. Door release handle
• 2. Central locking button: locking and unlocking the car
• 3. Window lifter control buttons: electric window lifter, rear window lifter lock button
• 4. Exterior mirror adjustment switch: Exterior mirror adjustment L - 0 - R: exterior mirror heating, exterior mirror folding
• 5. Control lamp for security alarm or activation of the lock against opening from the inside (SAFE)
• 6. Hood release handle
• 7. Bottle holder
• 8. Compartment for small items
