Replacing the silent blocks of the front suspension arms (VW Passat B4)
Remove the suspension arm and use a press to press the silent blocks out of the suspension arm holes. Press in a new front silent block. Press in a new rear silent block from top to bottom, pointing the silent block cutout toward the inside of the vehicle (Fig. 5-3).
