1 - shock absorber strut

1 - shock absorber strut

2 - cardan shaft with constant velocity joint

3 - lining plate

There are different sizes, determined by the spare parts catalog.

4 - Bolt with cylindrical head and internal hexagon
Replace after each dismantling. All bolts should be pre-tightened to 10 Nm, then cross-tightened to 40 Nm. Bolts M10x52 should be pre-tightened to 10 Nm, then cross-tightened to 70 Nm.

5-driveshaft with "Tripod" joint

6 - lining plate

Use only in combination with M8x28 socket head cap screws.

7 - cylindrical head bolt
Replace after each dismantling. Pre-tighten all bolts to 10 Nm, then tighten them crosswise to the specified torque.
  • M8x18, M8x28: 40 Nm;
  • M10x23: 70 Nm.

8 — brake disc

9 - wheel bolt, 120 Nm

10 - Stamped rim nut, silver, 30 Nm

Replace after each dismantling. When replacing, replace the stamped rim nut on both sides with a 12-sided nut. Apply Polyharnstoff G052142A2 grease to the thread of the outer joint tailpiece of the cardan shaft before installation.

11 - 12-point nut, silver, 50 Nm, then tighten further by 45°.
Replace after each dismantling. Do not apply grease to the thread of the outer joint tailpiece of the cardan shaft.

12 - screw, 4 Nm

13 - brake pads

14 — brake shoe retaining spring

15 — shoe guide

16 - heat shield

17 — support

18 - Hexagon head bolt, 30 Nm

19 — steering rod and steering rod end

20 - hub with bearing

The ABS sensor ring must be replaced after each dismantling. The hub and bearing form a maintenance-free unit. Adjustment and repair work is not possible. Apply Polyharnstoff G052142A2 grease to the hub splines before installation.

21 — bolt, 10 Nm

22 - protective screen

23 - nut, 20 Nm and then turn 90° (¼ turn)

Replace after each dismantling.

24 — bolt, 125 Nm
After each dismantling, clean the fins from the bottom side.

25 - nut, 60 Nm and then turn 90° (¼ turn)
Replace after each dismantling.

26 — steering knuckle

27 — bolt

Replace after each dismantling. The bolt thread must face the direction of vehicle movement.

28 — ABS speed sensor

29 - Allen head bolt, 8 Nm

For ABS speed sensor

30 - nut, 40 Nm

31 — connecting rod
