Before installing the window regulator, make sure it is in good working order.
Install the window regulator in the door. Lower the glass and secure it to the window regulator bar, without tightening the mounting bolts and observing the dimensions shown in Fig. 9-25. Make sure that the lowering glass moves correctly by lowering and raising it several times.

Tighten the bolts securing the glass to the window regulator. Install the door trim as described above.
