Note: Before removing the headlight optical element, position the vehicle in front of a surface (for example. wall), turn on the headlights and mark the position of the low and high beams on this surface, and mark the position of all four wheels of the car on the floor so that after installing the optical element of the headlight, the previous adjustment of the light beams can be restored. When removing and installing, be guided by the exploded view of the headlight unit (Fig. 9-12).

To remove, detach the radiator grille as described above. Loosen the four headlight mounting screws. Disconnect the headlight and turn signal wire connectors. Pull the headlight forward (Fig. 9-13). Press the turn signal mounting pin to the headlight. Disconnect the turn signal from the headlight by pulling it forward.

To install, attach the turn signal to the headlight. Connect the headlight and turn signal wire connectors. Install the headlight. Tighten the four headlight mounting screws. Install the radiator grille as shown above. Adjust the headlight beam.
