- 1 - nut, 60 Nm
Self-locking, always replace.
- 2 — shock absorber strut
- 3 - nut, 95 Nm
- 4 — bolt
To adjust the wheel alignment, a reduced section bolt is required.
- 5 — bolt, 45 Nm
- 6 - cardan shaft
To remove and install the left shaft, disconnect the wheel hub bearing housing from the shock absorber strut.
Note: Do not move the vehicle with the cardan shaft removed, as the hub bearing will be damaged if there is no axial pressure. If necessary, install an outer cardan joint instead of the cardan shaft.
- 7 — wheel hub fastening nut
Tightening torque:
- hex nut - 265 Nm;
- 12-sided nut up to approximately 12/94 - 90 Nm + 45° turn (1/8 turn);
- 12 point nut approximately 12/94.
The tightening method is described in the section "Removing and installing the cardan shaft". The nut is self-locking, so it must be replaced.
Caution: When loosening and tightening the nut, the car must be on its wheels, risk of accident! Before tightening the nut, be sure to remove any varnish deposits and/or corrosion on the thread of the outer universal joint.

Not present in positive chassis.
- 9 - nut, 35 Nm
Self-locking, always replace
- 10 — transverse steering rod
- 11 — bolt, 125 Nm
- 12 — disc wheel brake mechanism support
When working with wheel suspension; tie the caliper with wire, do not loosen, twist or stretch the brake hose.
- 13 — nut, 50 Nm
- 14 — brake disc
- 15 - Phillips head screw
- 16 — wheel hub
4 threaded holes for wheel bolts. Positive chassis: 5 threaded holes for wheel bolts.
- 17 — rotor for speed sensor
Only for vehicles with ABS.
- 18 — bolt, 10 Nm
- 19 - protective cover
- 20 — retaining ring
Pay attention to the correct position.
- 21 — wheel hub bearing
A bearing defect is determined by the following signs: noise on sharp turns; difficult wheel movement when the brakes are released. The bearings are so firmly seated in the housing that a suitable press is required to remove and install them (workshop work). Before pressing the bearing in, insert the outer retaining ring. Do not knock the bearing out with a pin.
