Removal and installation the trunk lid trim (VW Passat B3)

• 1 - cladding

Before removing, unscrew the license plate, for which purpose, unscrew the Phillips-head screws from the inside of the cover. First pull the trim down, then remove it from the centering insert "5". Before installing the new cover, remove the protective paper from the adhesive cord seal. Insert the trim with the centering pin "4" into the cover and press it.

Access from the inside of the lid.

• 4 - centering pin
• 5 - insert
• 6 - adhesive cord seal

Length 150 mm. When installing the previous trim, replace the seal, VW-AKL45000505.

• 7 - adhesive cord seal

Length 15 mm. When installing the previous trim, replace the seal VW-AKL45000505.
