The engine hood, trunk lid, doors and front fenders are bolted on and can be easily replaced. When installing, it is necessary to maintain gaps, otherwise, for example, the door may jam or there may be increased noise when driving. The gaps between the body parts must be the same along their entire length.
The front and rear windows are glued and must be replaced by a specialist workshop.
Safety precautions for welding
When welding or performing other work near the battery where sparking may occur, the battery must first be removed.
No welding or soldering work should be carried out on or near the parts of the filled air conditioning system if this is associated with the risk of heating the system parts. When repairing the varnish coating, heating the car to a temperature not exceeding +80°C is allowed.
