Removing
1. Turn off the ignition and remove the key from the lock.
2. Cars with a gasoline engine. Disconnect from the filling pipe 3 the holder 4 of the adsorber hose (see illustration).
3. Unscrew the bolt 2 and disconnect the connecting tube 1 from the filling pipe 3 (see illustration 15.2).
4. Remove a forward bumper, the corresponding chapter see.
5. Turn the retaining ring to disconnect hoses 3 and 5 and disconnect these hoses from pump 4 (see illustration). Before doing this, substitute a container to collect the escaping washing liquid.
Attention! The connecting fittings at the ends of the hoses are color coded to facilitate the connection of the hoses to the washer pump and the front and rear window jets.
6. Disconnect the plug 6 of the sensor 7 of the washing liquid level indicator in the tank and remove the sensor from the rubber seal (see illustration 15.5).
7. Remove the washer pump 4 by pushing it up and releasing it from the mount on the tank (see illustration 15.5).
8. Disconnect the plug 2 power washer pump (see illustration 15.5).
9. Disconnect the hose 8 and remove the headlight washer pump 9 by pushing it up and releasing it from the mount (if the car is equipped with such a washer).
Disconnect also plug 10 of the pump (see illustration 15.5).
10. Remove the three screws (see arrows in illustration) and remove the washer reservoir together with the connecting pipe from the engine compartment.
Installation
11. Install the washer reservoir together with the connecting pipe on the installation place and fix it with bolts with a tightening torque of 8 Nm.
Subsequent installation of dismantled parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
In this case, the connecting pipe should be brought into the filler neck so that the guides go into each other.
The bottom lug on the filler neck must fit into the hole in the engine mount.
12. Remove air from a headlight washer.
