Removing
1. Make sure the wiper brushes are in their original position.
2. Disconnect the battery.
3. Remove the brush holder.
4. Open the tailgate and remove the bottom of the door upholstery.
5. Disconnect plug 1 power supply of the cleaner motor (see illustration).
6. Place a container to collect the escaping washing liquid.
7. Turn locking ring 2 on the hose clamp and disconnect the washer fluid supply hose from the jet (see illustration 19.5).
8. Unscrew the nuts (see arrows in illustration 19.5) and carefully remove the motor from the door cavity.
Installation
Attention! Make sure the motor is in the correct position for the park position of the wiper blades. If necessary, connect the plug and battery and let the motor run for a short time and then switch it off. The motor must return to its original position.
9. Carefully drive the motor into the door cavity and secure it. When doing so, make sure that the seal (see arrow in illustration) planted properly.
10. Tighten the motor mounting nuts to 8 Nm.
Installation of the remaining dismantled parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
