Attention! Removal and installation of the washer reservoir for these models is performed in the same way, as with Golf cars.
Removal
13. Turn off the ignition and remove the key from the lock.
14. Unscrew the bolt that secures the filler neck of the tank.
15. Disconnect the tube from the tank fitting and remove the tube together with the filler neck from the engine compartment.
16. Remove the front bumper, see the relevant chapter.
17. Set the upper front cross member to the service position, see the relevant chapter.
18. Unscrew the bolt (see arrow in illustration) tank mounts.
19. Disconnect the plug of the sensor 1 of the indicator of the level of the washing fluid in the tank and the plug of the washer pump 2 of the headlights (see illustration 15.18).
20. Disconnect the hoses from the washer pump and remove the pump by pushing it upwards and releasing it from the mount. Also disconnect the pump plug.
21. Disconnect the cleaning fluid supply hoses from the tank.
22. Remove the washer reservoir from the guides.
Installation
23. Install the washer reservoir into the mounting location and secure it to the guides.
Installation of dismantled parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
In this case, the lower protrusion on the filler neck should enter the hole on the engine mount support.
