Golf Cars. Hella Headlights
Removal
1. Open the hood.
2. Disconnect the battery.
3. Remove the headlight.
4. Remove cover 1 from the back of the low beam headlight by turning it clockwise (see arrow A in illustration 21.4).
5. Disconnect plug 1 of the power supply of the actuator motor 2 (see illustration).
6. Turn the electric motor counterclockwise (see arrow A in Illustration 25.5) and release it from the mount 3 near the headlight.
7. Remove the spherical head 4 of the electric motor shaft from the guide 5 (see arrow B in Illustration 25.5).
Installation
8. Insert the spherical head of the electric motor shaft into the guide and fix it.
9. Install the electric motor into the mount and turn it clockwise.

Further installation of the dismantled parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Golf cars. Automotive Lighting headlights, as well as headlights for Touran cars
Dismantling and installation of the electric motor of the headlight optical axis tilt regulator is the same as when equipped with Hella headlights. In this case, the electric motor is attached to the headlight with two bolts.
