Removal
With the ignition off, disconnect the ground (-) wire from the battery.
Attention: Follow the instructions given in the chapter "Removal and installation the battery".
Remove the door mechanism holder, see the relevant chapter above.
Insert a pry bar from the rear side of the door mechanism holder between the holder and the window lift motor and press the window lift drive away from the door mechanism holder.
Unscrew bolts "1" from the front side of the door mechanism holder and remove the window lifter electric motor.
Installation
Place the window lift motor against the door mechanism holder, align the drive and connect it to the motor.
Tighten the window lift motor mounting bolts to a torque of 3.5 Nm.
Caution: Do not tighten the bolts too much, as the plastic sleeve may be damaged.
Install the door mechanism holder, see the relevant chapter above.
With the ignition off, connect the ground (-) wire to the battery.
Attention: Follow the instructions given in the chapter "Removal and installation the battery".
