1 - mirror glass
Removal
- To avoid damage, cover the bottom edge of the mirror housing with adhesive tape.
- Using a flat plastic spatula, carefully push the mirror glass outward - first from the bottom, then from the top.
- Heated mirror: Disconnect the plug connector at the rear.
Installation
- Heated mirror: Connect the plug connector to the rear side.
Safety instructions
When pressing the mirror glass, be sure to wear gloves or put a clean cloth underneath. Risk of destruction and injury!
- Insert the mirror glass into the receiver with the guide pins and fix it. In doing so, press only on the central part of the glass.
2 - mirror bracket
Removal
- Using a plastic wedge, such as HAZET 1965-20, press out the triangular cover "6".
- Pull out the adjusting handle "7" and unscrew the nut "4"
- Pull out guide "8".
- Unscrew screws "5" and remove the mirror together with the bracket.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in reverse order.
