If the mirror glass is broken, the entire rearview mirror is usually replaced. But if it is an electrically controlled and heated mirror, only the glass is replaced. Flat and convex glass are available as spare parts.
Dismantling
(66 - 172) Press the mirror glass all the way in - arrow A so that the stopper 3 behind the glass becomes accessible.
Raise the locking lever 3 and pull out the glass. Remove the electrical cable.
Installation
Connect the cable. Install the glass.
Press the locking lever 3 upwards until it becomes horizontal.
Check if the mirror is controlled electrically.
