Protective pads/POLO
1 - Front door protective trim
5-door model.
Removal
- Heat the protective pad with a hair dryer and remove it section by section.
Installation
- Clean the surfaces to be glued using petrol, treat with silicone remover and finally wipe dry.
- Remove film "7" from the adhesive surface of the protective pad
- Place the protective cover with pins -4/5/6- against the holes in the door panel, lightly glue it and then press it firmly.

Protective pads/IBIZA
Removal and installation of protective pads for the IBIZA model are performed in the same way.

Note: The left and right pads of POLO have different hole patterns. For the IBIZA model, the protective film on the right pad is red, and on the left pad it is blue.
