Removal
1. Turn off the ignition and remove the key from the lock.
2. Remove the cover from the left side of the instrument panel.
3. Open the document box in the driver's side footwell and remove the two bolts at the junction of the instrument panel and center console.
4. Unscrew the three screws 1 and detach the trim panel from the instrument panel (see illustration).
Please note: The steering wheel is removed in the illustration, which is not necessary.
5. Disconnect the light switch, headlight range control and diagnostic connector plugs located on the rear side of the trim panel.
Installation of the instrument panel trim panel is performed in the reverse order of removal.
