The switch is located near the gearbox on the left front.
If the rear light does not light when you engage reverse gear, you should first check the fuse.
If the fuse is good, you need to remove the cable from the switch and shunt it with a piece of wire. If the lamp lights up, then the switch is defective.
If the light still doesn't light, you need to check the wires.
