Removal and installation the oil pump


Remove the oil pan. Remove the retaining ring "1" using retaining ring pliers. Unscrew the M3 screw "2" and remove the drive shaft "arrow" from the oil pump. Unscrew the screw "4" and remove the suction pipe from the oil pump. Unscrew the bolts "3" and "5" and remove the oil pump.

Caution: Do not remove or loosen the idler gear screw.


Installation is carried out in the reverse order, and the following rules must be observed.

Instructions: Replace the sealing ring. Replace the damaged or stretched retaining ring. The retaining ring must fit against the base of the groove.

Before installing the oil pump, check that both centering bushings are in place. Install the oil pan.
