Removal and installation the pressure oil line to the turbocharger (VW Tiguan 1)

Remove the air filter housing. Remove the boost air pipe. Remove the connecting pipe to the EGR radiator. Loosen the vacuum line mounting nut behind the "arrow" cylinder head.



Unscrew the union nuts of the line on the oil filter bracket and on the turbocharger. Unscrew the bolt securing the "arrow" clamp.



Remove the pressure oil line.

Installation

Instruction: The chains for proper installation of the oil supply line must follow the order of work.

Screw the union nuts of the oil pressure line onto the fittings. Tighten the union nut on the oil filter bracket. Then hand-tighten the union nut on the turbocharger. First tighten the union nut on the oil filter bracket, and then the union nut on the turbocharger to 22 Nm. Replace the clamp and tighten the mounting bolt to 10 Nm. Install the connecting pipe to the EGR radiator. Install the charge air pipe. Install the air filter housing.
