2. Screw the tester adapter into the hole for the pressure sensor in the cylinder head.
3. Connect the brown test lead to «-».
4. Connect the VAG 1527 diode tester with an additional wire to «+» battery and pressure sensor.
5. Start the engine and slowly increase the engine speed. At a pressure of 0.15-0.35 bar, the light should go out, otherwise replace the sensor. At 2000 rpm and 80 'C the pressure should be 2.0 bar.

6. Unscrew the pressure sensor and screw it into the tester (pic. 3.21).

4. Connect the VAG 1527 diode bulb using an additional VAG 1594 A wire to «+» battery and pressure sensor. The light bulb should not be on.
5. Start the engine, at idle speed of the engine at a pressure of 1.2-1.4 bar, the light should be on, otherwise replace the sensor. Increase the engine speed gradually. At 2000 rpm and 80°C, the pressure must be at least 2.0 bar.
