Fault detection and error indication



The on-board network control system is equipped with a self-diagnosis function, which facilitates the search for errors. To search for faults, use the tester -VAS 5051A- in the "Guided Fault Finding" mode.

Instructions: The following pictures show the work on the rear light in the rear door on the left side of the right-hand traffic vehicles. The work on the rear light in the rear door on the right side is performed similarly. In addition to the rear light bulb, the rear light also includes a fog light bulb in the rear door. The fog light bulb in right-hand traffic vehicles is only in the left rear light, in left-hand traffic vehicles only in the right rear light and is not available as a spare part in US and Canadian vehicles.
