Removal



1. Remove the soundproofing casing.

2. Remove the fuel filter from its mount and, without disconnecting the hoses, set it aside.

3. Mark the direction of movement of the poly V-belt.

4. To loosen the poly V-belt, turn its tensioner with an open-end wrench in the direction of the arrow.

5. Secure the tensioner by installing the clamp.

6. Remove the poly V-belt.

Installation



Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Attention!
  • Before installing the poly V-belt, check that all the units driven by it are securely fastened (generator, air conditioning compressor).
  • Ensure that the poly V-belt is correctly installed on the pulleys and moves in the correct direction!
  • Lastly, install the belt on the generator pulley.


After completing the work, be sure to start the engine and check the movement of the belt.
