List of crankshaft seal parts with repair notes for Figure VC3.008:
1. Front crankshaft oil seal:
- do not additionally lubricate the working edge of the sealing ring;
- Before installation, clean the surface of the crankshaft nose from oil by wiping it with a clean rag.
2. Front cylinder block cover:
- installed on centering bushings;
- to remove it you need to remove the oil pan;
- install with sealant.
3. Cylinder block.
4. Flywheel mounting screw: 60 Nm + tighten by 1/4 turn (90°).
- replace with a new one during assembly.
5. Flywheel.
6. Intermediate plate:
- installed on centering bushings.
7. Cylinder block rear cover fastening screw: 15 Nm:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
8. Rear cover of the cylinder block with crankshaft oil seal:
- can only be replaced as a complete assembly with the oil seal and the toothed ring of the timing rotor of the crankshaft speed sensor;
- to remove it you need to remove the oil pan.
9. Engine crankshaft speed sensor (G28).
