Removal the water pump
Drain the coolant.
Remove the timing belt
Unscrew the bolts 1 securing the water pump and remove it 2.

Remove the O-ring round section 3 (fig. 2.189).
Installing a water pump
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following.
Replace the O-ring round section.
Clean and strip the sealing ring seating surface.
Moisten the new sealing ring 3 with coolant.
Insert water pump 2.
The installation position of the plug in the housing points downwards.
Tighten bolts 1 of the water pump mounting.
Install the timing belt
Fill with coolant.
Tightening torques
* Insert after applying thread varnish.
