Removal the fans
Remove the engine cover, if present.

Remove the air intake sleeve from the radiator frame (fig. 2.198).

Remove the upper fan bracket mounting bolts (fig. 2.199).
Unblock the lower water hose from the radiator.

Remove the air duct hose at the bottom of the expansion tank and dismantle it (fig. 2.200).
Disconnect connector 1 and remove the lower air intake mounting screws (fig. 2.199).
Pull the fan bracket downwards.
Disconnect plug 1 and release the wires.

Unscrew the nuts and remove the fans (fig. 2.201).
Installation of fans
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following.
Install the fan bracket from below.
Tightening torques
Radiator fan to bracket – 10 Nm.
Fan bracket to radiator – 5 Nm.
