Note: The description of removal and installation is given only for the left mirror. Removal and installation of the right mirror are performed similarly.
Note: The figure shows the installation on the left side. The installation on the right side is carried out in the same way.
Removal
Seal the edges of the body 1 with fabric-backed adhesive tape to protect the paintwork.
Press the glass of mirror 2 from below into the housing of mirror 1.

Press out mirror glass 2 using the mounting lever from holder 5 and housing 1 (Fig. 8.8).

Turn mirror glass 2 towards 4 and remove plug contacts 3 of the electric dimming and mirror heating on the rear side of glass 2 (Fig. 8.8).
Installation
Connect the heating plug contacts to the mirror glass.
Press the glass into the center of the holder in the housing.
There should be an audible click when locked into place.
After installation is complete, check the functionality.
