Care of chrome parts
After washing and drying, chrome parts of the car should be treated with a special care product for chrome products.
Chrome-plated parts made of light alloys are resistant to corrosion and do not require additional maintenance.
Cleaning window glass
To clean window glass, wipe it with a clean, soft cloth. If the glass is very dirty, you can use alcohol or an aqueous solution of ammonia and warm water.
Some paint preservation products contain silicone. If it accidentally gets on the windshield, then during rain, streaks and spots of silicone will form on the latter, which will not be erased by windshield wipers.
There are special preparations on sale for removing silicone from glass. At the same time, it is necessary to clean the windshield wipers.
Caution! When preserving paintwork, be careful not to let the preservative come into contact with the glass.
Caring for rubber parts
Rubber gaskets and seals should be periodically sprinkled with talc. This gives them elasticity. Squeaky gaskets also need to be sprinkled with talc or lubricated with glycerin (at the same time, the adjacent surfaces should be lubricated). You can also use regular laundry soap.
