Lift and slide roof hatch panel

The panel opens and closes with the ignition on using a rotary switch; when you press or pull the switch, the panel rises and falls.

The panel can also be opened or closed after the ignition has been switched off, as long as one of the front doors is not yet open.

Shifting

Turn the switch clockwise until the panel reaches the desired position. In position A, the sunroof is fully open.

Closing

To close, turn the switch to position B.

Rise

Quickly press the corresponding edge of the switch (see arrow) – the panel will rise completely.

Pull the switch quickly and the panel will close completely.

By long pressing or pulling the switch, you can set the panel to any desired position.

On vehicles with a glass roof panel, when the panel is slid, a sliding screen is automatically opened to protect against strong solar radiation. When the roof panel is closed, it can be slid back by hand if desired.

Convenient panel closing

The sliding panel can be closed not only by means of the switch, but also by locking one of the front doors of the car: hold the key in the lock position or keep the radio remote control button pressed until the panel closes.

Procedure in case of failure of the drive mechanism

If the drive mechanism fails, the roof panel can be closed manually.

If the drive mechanism fails, the roof panel can be closed manually.

Execution order

1. Remove the plastic cover from the back using a screwdriver.

2. Remove the crank handle from the cover holder, insert it into the hole and close the sliding panel.

3. Insert the handle into the holder and replace the cover.
