Unscrew the gear selector lever pivot bolt (Fig. 4-8), then remove the lever without disconnecting the cable from it. Unscrew the working fluid supply pipe fitting from the working cylinder and disconnect the pipe, taking measures to protect surrounding parts from brake fluid ingress.

Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the clutch slave cylinder.
Install the clutch drive slave cylinder in the reverse order of removal, then bleed the hydraulic drive and add working fluid to the reservoir to the normal level.
