Remove the bleeder unit and restore the fluid level in the hydraulic drive reservoir to normal.
In the absence of a special installation for bleeding, bleed the clutch hydraulic drive as follows:
- remove the protective cap from the bleeder on the working cylinder and attach a hose to it, lower the lower end of which into the brake fluid poured into a transparent glass vessel;
- slightly unscrew the bleeder screw, press the clutch pedal all the way down and slowly release it;
- repeat the operation several times. until the release of air bubbles with brake fluid from the hose stops;
- add working fluid to the normal level in the reservoir of the hydraulic drive;
- screw the bleeder screw on the working cylinder and install a protective cap on it.
During pumping, monitor the fluid level in the hydraulic drive reservoir, preventing its bottom from being exposed. The end of the bleed hose must be permanently immersed in liquid.
