Removal and installation of a cable of a drive of coupling
Depress the clutch pedal several times (pic. 4-5).
Pic. 4-5. Clutch mechanical parts:
1 - clutch pedal;
2 - clutch cable;
3 - cable sheath;
4 - mechanism for regulating the free travel of the pedal;
5 - emphasis of the cable sheath;
6 - mounting bracket;

Using the lever, fully press the clutch release fork lever in the opposite direction to the clutch release stroke, resting the lever against the gearbox housing. This compresses the automatic gap selection mechanism in the clutch drive. Fix the gap selection mechanism with a wire clamp. Release the clutch fork lever and disconnect the drive cable from the clutch lever and pedal and remove the cable.
When installing the cable, leave the gap adjustment mechanism fixed with a clamp.
Connect cable to clutch pedal. Insert the rubber stop of the cable sheath into the support on the gearbox housing. Attach the cable to the clutch release fork lever. Remove the fixing collar from the gap selection mechanism.
Installing a reusable rope
Before installing the cable, compress the gap adjuster, if possible. Connect the cable to the clutch pedal and to the clutch release lever on the gearbox housing. Insert the rubber stop of the cable sheath into the support on the gearbox housing. Remove the clamp fixing the clearance sampling mechanism.
