This device ensures that the selected speed is maintained without any action on the accelerator pedal, provided that the speed is above 35 km/h and the engine power is sufficient to maintain it.
The speed controller is controlled by switch "A" (see picture) and the "B" button located on the handle of the headlight and turn signal switch lever.
To turn on the regulator, move switch "A" to the left to the "EIN" ("On") position.
After reaching the selected speed, lightly press button "B" to enter the speed into the controller's memory and release the accelerator pedal.
If it is necessary to increase the speed of movement for a short time (for example, when overtaking), press the accelerator pedal. After releasing the accelerator pedal, the previously programmed speed is automatically restored.
The speed can be increased without pressing the accelerator pedal. To do this, simply press the "B" button and hold it down until the desired speed is reached. After releasing the "B" button, the new speed is entered into the controller's memory.
The cruise control is switched off whenever the brake or clutch pedal is pressed, or when the speed drops too low compared to the speed stored in the controller's memory. To restore the programmed speed, move switch "A" all the way to the left.
The speed controller is completely switched off when switch "A" is moved all the way to the right to the "AUS" ("Off") position and the ignition is turned off.
Note: On vehicles with automatic transmission, the cruise control can only be used when the selector lever is in positions "O" or "2". When the selector lever is moved to any other position, the control is switched off.
It is best not to use the regulator when driving in heavy traffic and on roads with poor surfaces that require frequent changes in speed.
