4.0. Rear disc brakes
1 - ABS sensor. Before installing the sensor, clean the hole and lubricate it with high temperature grease, such as Liqui Moly ceramic paste
2 - a bolt with a head under a hex socket wrench. Tightening torque 8 Nm
3 - bolts for fastening the brake shoe guide *. Bolts are self-locking. The bolts are tightened with a force of 90 Nm followed by a 90°turn.
A - swivel
5 - protective cover
6 - bolts Tightening torque 9 Nm
7 - hub and hub bearing with ABS sensor gear
8 - brake disc. When replacing, install new brake discs on both wheels
9 - locking bolt of the brake disc. Tightening torque 4 Nm
10 - hub bolt*. Self-locking. The bolt is tightened with a force of 180 Nm followed by a 180°turn
11 - brake pads When replacing pads, it is imperative to install new pads on both brake mechanisms
12 - guide pads with bolts for fastening to the steering knuckle
13 - support
14 - brake hose holder
15 - brake hose with hollow bolt Tightening torque 14 Nm
16 - self-locking caliper mounting bolts. Tightening torque 35 Nm
17 - parking brake cable
18 - parking brake cable holder
19 - brake hose
20 - clamping springs of brake pads. When installing new pads are replaced.
* to be replaced after each disassembly
