Removing
1. Remove the trunk floor covering.
2. Remove, if available, the glove box on the rear of the boot floor. To do this, open the lid of the box and unscrew the four bolts.
3. Unscrew bolts 1 and 3 and remove lugs 2 and 4 from the rear wall (see illustration).
4. Detach the upholstery from the back wall, holding it by the bottom and feeding in the direction of arrow A (see illustration 32.3).
5. Release the upholstery from the upper clips (see arrow B in illustration 32.3) and from under the tailgate seal.
Installation
6. Check that the upholstery clips are not damaged and are properly seated on the upholstery. If necessary, replace damaged clips with new ones.
Installation of an upholstery is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
Make sure the upholstery goes under the rear door seal.
