Golf cars



Removal



1. Open the hood.

2. Unscrew two bolts 4 (see illustration).

3 - VW emblem (logo). Fixed to the mounting place on the radiator grille
4 - two mounting bolts


3. Use a screwdriver to remove the clips from the front cross member(see arrows in illustration 44.2).

4. Press the bottom of the grill back a little and release the stopper 2 by pushing it upwards (see illustration 44.2).

5. Remove the radiator grille by lifting it upwards.

Installation



6. Install the retaining clips 2 into the holes on the bumper, holding the grille at an angle forward (see illustration 44.2).

7. Lift the grille and tilt it back so that its clips are secured to the front crossbar (see arrows in illustration 44.2).

8. Screw in two bolts 4 (see illustration 44.2).

9. Open the hood.

10. Unscrew two bolts 3 (see illustration).

2 - VW logo. Fixed to the mounting place on the radiator grille
3 - two mounting bolts. Tightening torque 6 Nm




11. Use a screwdriver to remove the clips from the front cross member(see arrows in illustration 44.10).

12. Release the lower retaining clips from the bumper and remove the grille.

Installation



13. Install the grille retaining clips on the right and left into the holes on the bumper.

14. Secure the grille clips to the front crossmember (see arrows in illustration 44.10).

15. Screw in two bolts 3 (see illustration 44.10).
