Front of the car with the radiator removed

- 1 - front beam mounting bolts;
- 2 - bolt (do not unscrew completely);
- 3 - radiator mounting bolts;
- 4 - condenser mounting bolts
Removal
1. With the ignition off, remove the ground cable from the battery.
2. Remove the front buffer.
3. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
4. Disconnect the cooling system hoses from the radiator.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the temperature sensor and radiator fan.
6. Unscrew the bolts (1) securing the front beam on both sides of the vehicle.
7. Loosen, but do not completely remove, the bolts (2) located above the headlights.
8. Move the upper front cross member to the service position.
Cars with air conditioning
9. Do not disconnect the air conditioning system refrigeration circuit.
10. Unscrew the bolts securing the condenser to the front beam. Without disconnecting the pipes from the condenser, move it to the side and secure it in this position.
All cars
11. Unscrew the four radiator mounting bolts and remove the radiator to the bottom of the engine compartment.
