Petrol engines 1.6/1.8/2.3-I and diesel engines.
2. Connect the coolant supply hose to the oil cooler and secure it with a clamp.
3. Screw the coolant drain plug into the hole in the radiator and tighten it to the specified torque.
4. Install the lower engine compartment splash shield.
5. Lower the car.
6. Move the heating system temperature control to the maximum temperature position.

7. Fill the expansion tank with coolant up to the max mark.

8. Start the engine and keep it running for 2 minutes at 1500 rpm.
9. Close the expansion tank cap.
10. Start the engine at idle speed and warm it up until the electric radiator fan comes on.
11. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.
12. Check the coolant level and top it up if necessary.
