Attention! Do not refill drained hydraulic oil. Fill only with new VW hydraulic oil.
1. If the hydraulic oil is changed, rinse the filter thoroughly in clean gasoline.
2. Pour hydraulic oil into the expansion tank up to the MAX mark.
3. Place the machine on stands.
4. With the engine stopped, turn the steering wheel repeatedly to the stop to the right and to the left, while the air from the cylinder should come out.
5. Add hydraulic oil to the MAX mark.
6. Set the wheels straight and remove the machine from the frame.
7. Start the engine and let it idle while observing the oil level in the expansion tank. If the level drops, add oil until the level is constant and at the MAX mark.
8. With the engine running, turn the steering wheel to the right and left until it stops until bubbles in the expansion tank stop.
