Removing
1. Remove the protective cover by hand.
2. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the protective cover.
3. Turn the steering wheel and set the wheels straight ahead.
4. Turn the steering wheel until the steering lock engages.
5. Unscrew the fastening nut with a 24 mm socket wrench.
6. Release the steering lock and set the wheels straight again.
7. Mark the position of the steering wheel with a felt-tip pen. To do this, draw a line along the steering wheel and the end of the steering column.
8. Remove steering wheel.
Installation
1. Put the steering wheel on the steering column according to the marking. Before installing, check that the direction indicator switch is in the middle position. Otherwise, the turn signal switch center cam will be damaged.
2. Install washer and hex nut.
3. Close steering lock.
4. Tighten the nut to 70 Nm.
5. After installation, make a control run. The steering wheel spokes must be horizontal when driving the machine in the forward direction. Reposition the steering wheel if necessary.
6. Connect the electrical wiring to the protective cover, while paying attention to the symbols (+) And (-) on the steering wheel and protective cover.
7. Insert protective cover.
8. Check the operation of the horn and the return of the turn signal switch to the neutral position.
